During his time at the Corcoran College of Art + Design, Ryan King was seemingly everywhere: he served as a tutor in the Writing Center, as a teaching assistant for introductory art history classes, as a college docent in the museum, and so on. When Ryan gets involved with any sort of project, he puts everything into it. This work ethic is part of his DNA. Since his graduation, I’ve seen him frequently at art and design events around Washington. It’s my firm conviction that Ryan King has a great future in front of him. He’s not going to wait for opportunities; he’s going to make them happen with direct action.
